Return & Exchange Policy
COMFLY is dedicated to providing you with the right sex toys and accessories. But if you are not in love with the product you purchased from COMFLY, or you find some problems with the products, we will gladly process your return/exchange.
Return Process

Our service team will provide every customer with timely service. Usually, we will respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, business days) to help you resolve the issue and initiate the refund/return process.
Defective Products
We will cover the shipping cost and send a new one after confirming the problem.
We will first help you determine the cause of the issue. If necessary, we will send you the required tools to assist with troubleshooting. Once the product is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange a return or exchange and cover the return shipping cost.
Regarding return shipping costs, we have a cooperative shipping partner in the United States and can provide you with a prepaid shipping label. We are still expanding our logistics network in other regions, so customers outside the U.S. may need to pay the return shipping cost in advance. After we receive the returned product, we will reimburse the return shipping cost along with the order amount, where applicable.
Unused Products
We will not cover the return shipping cost and will only refund the order amount.
For exchange requests, we do not cover the return shipping cost. If you are exchanging for the same product as your original order, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please contact our support team so we can review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Returned or exchanged products must be:
- In new and unused condition;
- Include all products and accessories;
- Be returned in the original packaging.
If the returned products do not meet the above requirements, the return, refund, or exchange request may be rejected.
PayPal / Credit Card Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The refunded amount will usually appear in your account within 3–5 business days. However, depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 10–30 business days for the refund to appear.
