We offer 2 shipping methods which are reliable and easy to track: Priority Shipping and the faster Express Delivery. The estimated delivery times stated below are not guaranteed. International shipments may experience delays due to postal strikes, severe weather, customs processing, or unforeseen events such as COVID-19.

Free Shipping Over US$99
Changes in the U.S. customs policy: Free shipping for orders shipped to the United States is available starting from US$119.
Our Free Shipping policy applies only to the Priority Shipping method.
If you require Express Delivery, the full shipping cost will be charged.
If expedited shipping is needed, please include an email with your purchase information, preferred shipping method, and required delivery date.

Shipping to the countries listed below typically takes 6–10 business days, although delivery to remote areas or islands may take longer.
For deliveries to remote locations or for more specific shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.

Registered Airmail Service
We have discontinued our standard registered airmail service due to excessively long delivery times, which prevented us from ensuring delivery within a reasonable timeframe.
In addition, limited tracking information made this shipping method unreliable.
For these reasons, we no longer offer registered airmail.

Taxes
If you choose Express Delivery (DHL / UPS / FedEx, etc.)
You are responsible for paying any applicable import taxes and customs duties.
However, we usually declare the shipment at a lower value. If you have a preferred declared value, please leave us a message when placing your order.
If you choose Priority Shipping with taxes and duties prepaid
All applicable taxes and duties will be paid by COMFLY.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email containing your tracking information, allowing you to track your package online.
Stock & Processing Time
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
Some products may require additional processing or longer delivery times. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and provide the estimated shipping timeframe. You may also choose to cancel your order for a full refund before shipment.
We will ship your order with the correct power voltage and plug adapter based on the destination country specified in your shipping address.
